On behalf of the 2020/2021 PAC we want to welcome our school community for this school year, already welllll under way. Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thanks to our Teachers, Support Staff and Principal for keeping up with all the safety protocols as well as some of our yearly fun traditions in spite of our physical distancing and current pandemic.

We’d also like to officially welcome our new principal Mr. Reg LaPlante to our Suncrest Community in his first year at our school, please give him a wave and welcome if you haven’t already.

Suncrest Family Photo Fundraiser will be held on Saturday March 6, 2021 at Mountain West Studios. Deadline to sign up online is next Friday, February 19, 2021. ​Happy Autumn! Wow, it's mid-October already! The school year is well underway and PAC has been busy planning events and working to keep our Suncrest community safe and happy.

CARNIVAL APPRECIATION
Thank you to everyone who helped make our Fall Carnival a success! We had a great organizing committee (thank you Vanessa Laron and crew), wonderful volunteers on the day of the event, lots of baking donations for the Cake Walk, many bags of toy donations for the games/prize room, and we are happy that so many Suncrest Families and their friends came out to support the event. Thank you to Ms.Driussi and all of the Suncrest staff for their help and support. Events like the Carnival bring us all together and help make great school memories for our children. In addition, with your help we raised approximately $2000 which will go towards school-wide events and/or equipment to benefit our Suncrest students.

Halloween Pumpking Carving, Jack-O-Lantern Display, and Costume Parade - Thursday, October 31 all day. Please look for online sign-up info coming to your email inbox soon! 

Family Photo Night - Monday, November 4 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Blue forms will be sent home with students. You MUST sign-up for your photo appointment. Email leannesungbennett@gmail.com if you have questions.

Suncrest Spirit Wear - new orders will be available in the new year.

Emergency Preparedness Committee - thank you for providing comfort kids for your children.  These will be stored in our brightly painted emergency kiosk at the front of the school. We have a group of dedicated parents who are organizing Comfort Kits and a supply of water, as well as updating the stock of emergency supplies for our school.

GENERAL MEETINGS

Meetings are held in the Suncrest Staff Room.  All parents and guardians are welcome! Minutes for the meetings will be posted on the PAC website.

Hello Suncrest Families!

And just like that, this school year over! The Suncrest PAC Executive Committee would like to thank all of you for helping make this a wonderful school year. Through your generous volunteer time, donations and support, we were able to offer our students, and greater community, many wonderful opportunities and events such as Pumpkin Patch and Carving, Pancakes and PJs with Santa, (a well deserved night out for parents at the) Spring Social, Family Movie Night and the Community Art Mural Project. 
And with the money raised through fundraisers such as Fun Lunches, Family Photo Night, Spirit Wear, Purdy’s and Sports Day Concession, we were able to fund class field trips, improve technology in the classrooms, purchase Emergency Preparedness supplies, and more!
We truly appreciate our community of parents, teachers, extended family members and friends. None of these events could have happened without such a supportive community.

Finally, we hope you plan on joining us in the school gym on the morning of September 3rd, for our annual Welcome Back Coffee/Tea event (there may be doughnuts too… just saying…). Have a safe, fun and relaxing summer and see you all in September!
