The next PAC meeting takes place on Wednesday, April 19 at 9:10 a.m. in the school staff room. Though it may seem early, PAC is beginning to plan next year's goals, budgets and events for the upcoming 2017-18 school year - now is the time to make it to a meeting and have your say about how the best use our PAC funds!
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 17 in the school library - we hope to see you there. Net year's PAC Executive team will be determined by vote at this meeting, and the 2017-18 budget will also be discussed. Free babysitting is available onsite in one of the Kindergarten classrooms, courtesy of PAC and two very dedicated (and qualified!) Grade 7 students.
In other Suncrest news: Sports Day planning will commence in the coming weeks, and PAC requires a few parent volunteers for a school-wide snack service, and pizza lunch order distribution. Please contact us via this site or by email at suncrestPAC@gmail.com if you'd like to help out!
Also, keep an eye out for an EduPak notice coming to backpacks later this spring: This service provides hassle-free - and much cheaper - school supply shopping. Simply order your school supplies through the link (to be provided) and your child's school supplies will be waiting in their old classroom by the first day of school! PAC will provide EduPak with the unique Primary and Intermediate supply lists and is able to purchase in bulk, which greatly reduces the cost and your bottom line! More info coming soon.
